Care On Call | Non-Medical Caregivers

Care On Call provides home care services for seniors and persons with disabilities 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are also available for clients needing additional care while confined to hospitals, those in hospice care, or those who live in care facilities.

Our Process

One of our Care Coordinators is always available to talk to you about the needs of your loved ones. Just give us a call.
A Care Coordinator will speak with you on the phone or in person, whichever you prefer.
The first step is for the Care Coordinator to prepare a detailed assessment of your needs, based on the initial interview.
Care On Call will recommend a program of care and services designed to meet the needs, desires, and conditions of the client and the family.
We will document all aspects of the program and explain the costs then work with you to create a program that fits within your budget.
Once you decide on a program of care, we will match the client to the right caregiver(s), giving special care to your needs and preferences and to the skills of the caregiver. For example, some clients may prefer a friendly, outgoing caregiver, while another client may prefer someone more reserved. Some clients may need help from someone experienced in post-operative care, while another may need someone with extensive Dementia experience.,
We not only work directly with the client, but also with the client's medical team of doctors and nurses to ensure that they receive the proper care they deserve.
If immediate service is required, we have a large team of caregivers to draw upon and can provide a competent, caring professional quickly
We will be diligent in the execution of our duties and alert to the needs of the client. If needs arise, we will do our best to be helpful and offer advice and solutions.
